Freebie Gift card and envelope cutting files and CraftArtist project file

At Christmas I gave away gift cards instead of presents, I know it always looks impersonal, but I find in my family they prefer to get something of their choice than something they'll never use, wear etc that I've searched for and spent money on, plus this year due to illness I only got out once in 10 weeks! I've made these little gift card/ folders with envelopes, so you can personalize them. They hold a credit card size gift card and are small enough to put in with a greetings card.I got 2 on a sheet of A4card and the envelopes took 1 sheet each, I hasten to add of copier paper for these. You can design in landscape or portrait,I hope you will find these useful.I have used MJM Studios I doodle love you and will put a link below.

Little tree box Freebie

I've had the idea of either making an advent on the Christmas tree this year , or making them individual boxes with a chocolate in. I've made this one as a house, but you could use patterned paper to make the boxes themselves. It has a tag shaped top and closes with the ribbon. There is a PDF template or the cutting files. I made up the boxes and glued a house to two sides of the box x

More crafts with MJM Design studio's A midnight clear

I love to craft with the grandchildren at Christmas and this year I've made this Nativity, I thought I'd share it with you. It has been made on a similar process to a shadow box car, with layers and folds.

This is another make, it's a very large coffee jar with a printed rice paper scene. I Mod podged it onto the jar and then coated it with another layer. On top of this I used a cheap glitter glue i bought from the children's section in Wilko. It's a clear glue with iridescent glitter and tiny sequins running through it. It has mad the print blur slightly, but I loved the effect. The only problem I had was with Santa and his sleigh, it was too blurred to make out, so I just cut another one and glued it on. I finished off with some silver wax and a battery candle.

A Midnight clear MJM Design Studios

A second Christmas  kit from Michelle this year. This time a silhouette kit. It contains lots of silhouette elements to make scenes with including the Nativity, townscapes, country scenes,baubles, borders, Alphas and beautiful vibrant painted backgrounds. There are also digistamps from all of the elements to colour and give a completely different look. I've made some very modern looking cards with the kit and some other Christmas makes which I will share with you soon x

Freebie Book card

This is a Christmas card made with Lauren C.Waterworth Festive friends  and my template, it's ideal for my Granddaughter who writes stories and puts them on the internet and hopes to go to college to study English Literature.
